摘要
对电解法制备树枝状锌粉工艺进行了研究,并采用激光粒度分析仪,扫描电镜对锌粉粒度分布及形貌进行分析,讨论了影响锌粉粒度大小、电流效率及其形貌的各个因素。结果表明:电解法制备的锌粉形貌为树枝状或鱼骨状;电解液中添加的硫酸铵对锌粉粒度影响不大;低Zn2+浓度和高电流密度有利于获得粒度较小的锌粉。适当的刮锌粉间隔时间及添加剂对锌粉粒度的作用显著。添加动物胶易于获得鱼骨状锌粉,添加酒石酸锑钾易获得枝状结晶发达的锌粉,但锌粉粒度略大于添加动物胶制备的锌粉。
The process of fabricating dendrite zinc powder by electrowinning was studied in this paper. Meanwhile, by means of laser granularity analysis apparatus and SEM, the distribution of powder granularity and the morphology of zinc powder were analyzed. Based upon the works above, the factors which may influence the size and morphology of powder were discussed too. The results showed that the zinc powder fabricated by electrowinning had the morphology of dendrite or fishbone. The ammonium sulphate in electrolyte had little effect on the granularity of zinc powder. Lower Zn^2+ concentration and higher current density were beneficial to fabricating zinc powder with smaller size. Appropriate depositing time and additives had obvious effect on the granularity of zinc powder. Adding some animal glue in electrolyte could promote fabricating fishbone zinc powder, adding some potassium antimony tartrate in electrolyte could promote fabricating dendrite zinc powder whose size was larger than the size of fishbone zinc powder.
