摘要
以徐州金海旅行社为研究对象,经过细致的调研,总结得出旅行社可以通过细化旅游合同、安排暗访游客、优化旅游产品供应商等方式来有效监督导游服务质量,从而构建完善的导游服务质量监督体系和实施保障制度。
By taking Xuzhou Jinhai Travel Agency for object of study, the paper, based on careful survey, concludes that a travel agency can effectively supervise guides'service quality through refining travel contract, arranging investigations of tourists, optimizing the tourism product suppliers and other ways, to establish the travel guide's service quality supervision system and security system.
