Using the "New-confucianism" Concept for Reference to Study the Enterprise Management Regularity

借鉴宋明理学的格物致知的思想来研究企业管理的内在规律,从企业管理的核心能力的积累到企业的质量管理。格物致知是对事物的认识、探究和积累的过程。在企业的生产经营活动中,培养出企业的核心能力对于企业的长期发展有着重大的意义。可以说,一个企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中长久稳固地保持自己的位置不变,核心能力的拥有就是一个必不可少的基本条件。

The paper aims to use the thought of the new-Confucianism for reference to study the inherent law of the enterprise management, from accumulated core competence of enterprises management to the enterprise quality management. The new-Confucianism is the process of knowing, probing and accumulating things. In the produc- tion and management of enterprises, to cultivate the core competence is of great significance for the long-term de- velopment of enterprises. We can say that if an enterprise wants to maintain their position stably for a long time in the fierce market competition, the possession of the core competence is a necessary basic condition.
