摘要
结合在高校酒店专业餐饮英语教学中的工作经验和改革实践,分析了餐饮英语教学的现状及在教学中教师本身角色存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的对策,以期改善目前不符合市场需求的人才培养方案和传统的教学方式,将英语语言技能和饭店服务实际操作有机地结合起来,培养出社会紧缺的、具有饭店英语服务技能的人才。
Combining the working experience of hotel specialized dining English teaching in universities with the practical reform, the paper analyzes the present situation Of specialized dining English teaching and the problems of teachers' roles, putting forward the target - oriented countermeasures to improve the traditional teaching method and personnel training plans which have not conformed to the market demands, unifying English language skills and the actual operation of hotel service organically, cultivating talented persons who have the hotel English service skills that are needed by the society.
