摘要
教学秘书是高校教学管理岗位最关键的教学管理人员,起着承上启下的作用。本文详细阐述了教学秘书的职责、作用,分析了教学秘书工作在目前的现状及存在的问题,并提出了如何做好教学秘书工作的方略和解决实际问题的具体措施。
The teaching assistant is playing a key role among the teaching administrators. This paper describes the duties and the role of the teaching assistants, analyzed their current situations and problems in their work. At the same time, proposals on being a qualified teaching assistant and the specific solutions have been provided in this paper.
