运用Qt插件技术实现DICOM超声报告解析

Analytical Study on DICOM Ultrasound Report Based on the Qt Plugins

DICOM3.0规范了不同医疗设备厂商之间的存储、传输时的文件格式及语义描述,是实现PACS、HIS系统和远程医疗技术的关键。首先对DICOM3.0协议中关于病例报告文件格式部分进行了详细分析,在此基础上,使用Qt跨平台应用程序框架作为开发平台,实现了DICOM3.0格式的病例报告文件的解析,最后在程序功能正确的前提下,研究了在不同的软硬件环境下报告解析插件的执行效率问题,通过对测试结果的数学分析,得到了指导性的插件优化方案。

DICOM3.0 standard regularize the file＇ s storage, transport format and semantic description of different OEMs, this standard is the key to build PACS, HIS or realize Remote Medical Technology. This article will firstly analyze the DICOM files＇ structure description in DICOM standard, secondly, use Qt development framework as development environment to realize file-resolving plutin, finally, research the plugin＇ s performance on different run-time environment based on keeping the program＇ s function. Through analyzing the result by math＇ s method, it has led up to guiding plug-in optimization.
