摘要 介绍了一种以Freescale控制器为控制核心的混合式光伏发电两轴跟踪控制系统。该系统结合了日历跟踪法与光强控制法的优点,通过对X-Y二维平台的精确定位,实现对太阳位置的精确跟踪;系统添加了液晶显示和独立键盘的人机交互界面,便于对装置的实时监控与操作;采用了Zigbee无线通讯网络,能够实现对光伏阵列的集中控制。通过对样机的测试,得出该系统跟踪速度快,整体效率高,解决了现有方法稳定性差、跟踪精度低等诸多缺点,而且具有结构简单、功耗低、操作功能强、人机界面友好等特点。 This paper introduced a kind of hybrid two axes control system of photovoltaic tracking based on Freescale MCU. After combining the advantages of the comprehensive strategy of calendar and light intensity controlling, the system can track of the sun accurately by precise location of the two-dimension platform of X-axis and Y-axis. Furthermore, the system adds a man-machine interface consisting of LCD display and independent keyboards, which is convenient for real-time monitoring and operating. In order to realize centralized control of the photovohaic array, Zigbee wireless communication equipment was used to constitute the wireless network in this system. From the testing results of the prototype, it was concluded that instead of the unstabitily and inaccuracy of the existing methods, this system has a fast tracking speed and high efficiency. At the same time, this system has simple construction, low power consumption, powerful operating functions and friendly man-machine interface as well.
