子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤2例 被引量：4

摘要 子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤（PEComa）是一种罕见肿瘤,文献中的报道大多是已生育妇女,将子宫切除后随访观察,而我科诊断的两例均为已婚未育者,现报告如下。1临床资料例1女性,26岁。体检时发现子宫肌瘤9个月,于2008年8月入院。B超检查示宫壁回声不均匀,
