摘要
民用建筑结构使用多,人员活动聚集,易于成为恐怖爆炸袭击的目标。从阐述爆炸冲击波的特点出发,分析了爆炸冲击波对建筑结构损伤作用的机理;根据建筑结构的抗爆设计原则,提出建筑结构的抗爆设计目标可以划分为:基本目标(结构不发生连续倒塌)、优先目标(结构不因局部构件或结构损伤而发生整体破坏)和高级目标(控制或减少爆炸产生的次生杀伤性飞片)等3个层次。最后从普通民用和公共建筑结构两个方面,分别总结和提出了抗爆设计方法。
This paper elaborated destructive characteristics of blast shock wave to buildings and analyzed the mechanism of damage effects. According to general principles of blast-resistant design for building structure, authors suggest that the blast-resistant design goals for building structure can be divided into three levels. They are the basic objective (to prevent progressive collapse of structure) ture does not occur overall destroy due to the local member or structure damage)and ( control or reduce the destruction of the secondary explosion flyer). This paper summed sistant design methods for general civil and proposed blast-resistant design methods for , priority ( strucadvanced target up the blast-republic buildings in the end.
