摘要
本文从全球工程人才短缺和工程教育与产业需求脱节现状出发,指出大学借鉴、学习产业文化的必要性,提出5层的工程教育模型并论述了工程教育目标、实施战略、操作模式和解放学生之间的关联,简述了工程教育的科学发展观,着重强调工程教育改革的成败在于是否贯彻落实科学发展观。
Based on analyzing the global shortage of engineering talents and the current gap between engineering education and industry, the paper pointed out the necessity for engineering institution to learn and infuse the culture of industry into its own; proposed a five-layers paradigm of engineering education and discussed the relationships among the goal, strategies, implementation models and libration of students in engineering education context. The opment for engineering education and emphasized paper also described the scientific outlook on devel its vital role in engineering education reform.
