摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"旨在培养一批创新性强、能够适应经济和社会发展需求的高层次工程技术人才。本文就"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施过程中取得的成果及遇到的问题进行分析总结,并就推进"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的现实阻力作相应的对策性思考。
＂Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ aims to train a group of high-level engineers who can meet the needs of economic and social development and are innovative. In this paper, achievements and problems encountered during the implementation of the training plan are analyzed, and some strategies aiming to solve those problems are proposed.
