摘要
本文以探索符合时代要求的高素质工程管理专业人才培养手段为目的,通过对学习理论的一般规律的研究,以学习主体内部因素对学习形态与质量的影响为切入点,站在教师授学、学校管理的角度,探讨自主学习模型在高校工程管理人才教学中的作用及具体实施,为推动高等教育机制的改革、促进高素质工程管理创新型人才的培养提供一些见解与参考。
This paper aims at searching the new method to train the high-quality students in project management nowadays. After a series of studies about some common regulations of learning theories, this paper starts at the point of how learners' internal factors affect the quality and style of learning. Then, it illustrates the influence and specific implementation of the whole-process Autonomous learning pattern, when it's used in college education of students in project management. Finally, it offers some advice for promoting the reform of higher education, especially the education mode in project management.
