摘要
本文系统分析了当前我国高校教师绩效考评的现状,利用DEA模型,以职称、工资收入、奖酬收入、工作年限和学科背景为投入要素,以教学课时、科研项目、经费和论著发表数等为产出要素,从投入与产出二维角度对高校教师的绩效进行了定量分析。结果表明该模型可客观地反映高校教师绩效的现实情况,值得进一步研究完善。根据定量分析结果对高校人力资源管理政策提出了建议。
The article systematically analyzes the status quo of university teachers' performance evaluation in China. Adopting DEA modal, setting teachers' titles, salaries, rewards incomes, wording years and discipline backgrounds as its input factors, and teaching hours, research programs, funds, published works as its output factors, the writer conducts a quantitative analysis on university teachers' performance. Results show that this model could objectively reflect the real situation of teachers' performance, and should be further improved. Some suggestions of human resources management policies in universities are also proposed according to the analysis results.
