摘要
开展汽车碰撞测力墙研制技术的研究,解决传感器性能参数确定,布线设计、背板设计以及碰撞墙共振频率控制等诸多难题,自行研发了用于汽车碰撞试验中测定碰撞力的三轴向测力墙。对自行研发的碰撞测力墙进行试验验证,验证结果表明该测力墙可以应用于汽车碰撞安全性的研究和设计开发。
The research of the technology of load cell barrier development is carried out. The determination of load sensor parameters, backplane design, the control of frequency and many other problems are solved, and the design method of the components of the load cell barrier is described. The load cell barrier is used to do the vehicle frontal crash test, and results show that the load cell barrier can be used in vehicle safety research and design development.
