摘要
以活性炭负载磷酸作为催化剂催化合成1-苄基-2-苯基苯并咪唑,考察了催化剂用量、温度、反应时间、物料比对产物产率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:邻苯二胺和苯甲醛的物质的量之比为1∶2.2,反应时间3 h,反应温度60℃,催化剂用量为邻苯二胺质量的6%时,产率高达70.2%。催化剂可重复使用5次以上。
The synthesis of 1-benzyl-2-phcnyl-benzoimidazole catalyzed by H3PO4 supported on activated carbon was studied. The influence of catalyst, reaction time, temperature and amount of molar ratio on yield were studied. The structure of products were characterized by melt pointing measurement and NMR spectra. The results indicated that the yield was 70.6% under the optimum reaction condition as follows: n(1,2-diamine-benzene) : n(benzaldehyde) = 1: 2.2,catalyst dosage 6% ,reaction time 3 h,reactive temperature 60 ℃. The catalyst could be recovered and reused for more than 5 times.
