摘要
通过研究同一年山药不同月份的产量、多糖含量以及多糖量的动态变化来确定山药的最佳采收期。结果表明,不同月份之间山药的产量和折干率之间存在显著差异(P<0.01),多糖含量与多糖量在7~10月之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),综合考虑产量、多糖含量、多糖量,山药的最佳采收期是栽培当年的10~11月。此时所采山药的平均产量最高可达84.73 g/株。多糖含量最高可达38.35%,多糖量平均最高可达30.01 g/株。
By studying the different months of the same year production of dioscoreaopposita thtmb, the amountof polysaccharides and polysaccharides content changing trend, the best harvest of cultivated di- oscoreaopposita thunb was determined. ANOVA analysis showed that: among the different months of dry dioscoreaopposita thunb production and discount rates there were significant differences( P 〈 0.01 ). Polysaccharide and polysaccharide content in 7 to 10 months there were significant differences( P 〈 0.05). Considering production, polysaccharide content, polysaccharide amount, the best harvest of dioscoreaopposita thunb cultivation of the year was October to November. The average yield of dioscoreaopposita thunb was up to 84.73 g/strains. Polysaccharide content was up to 38.35% ,average maximum polysaccharide amount was 30.01 g/strains.
