Piperazine derivatives in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry have a wide range of appli- cations. The synthesis method of species of alkyl piperazine derivatives, phenyl piperazine derivatives, diketopiperazines derivatives, isoflavones-piperazine derivatives, estrogen piperazine derivatives were described and the problems of the synthesis process of piperazine derivatives and research directions were pointed out.
