摘要
针对延长油田西区采油厂27#集输站含水原油破乳脱水过程中存在的脱水速度慢、乳化层厚等问题,研制了由两种聚醚和添加剂复配成的SW-111破乳剂,在27#集输站,替代原用破乳剂,加药量降至200 mg/L,使净化原油含水降至0.2%,低于油含水最低标准(0.5%),与原用破乳剂相比,SWT-111破乳剂具有脱水速度快、脱水效率高、使乳化层变薄的特点,解决了27#集输站原油破乳脱水过程中存在的问题。
Aiming to solve the problems such as slow dewater rate and thick emulsification layer regarding the crude oil demulsification and dehydration process in the gathering and transportation station of Yanchang oilfield, SW-111 demulsifier was developed by coordinating ployether and additives with two imitators. This demulsifier reduced the water content of crude oil by 0.2% that was 0.5% less than the minimum sandards with a small dosage of 200 mg/L, which indicated that, as compared with the original de- mulsifier, SW-111 demulsifier had faster dehydration rate, higher dehydration efficiency and thinner de- mulsifieation layer.
