通用DCS组态培训平台的研究与实现

STUDY ON AND REALIZATION OF GENERAL-PURPOSE DCS CONFIGURATION TRAINING PLAT-FORM

为了满足发电厂进行多种DCS组态培训的需要,同时避免购置多套DCS造成的成本过高问题,研制开发了适应多种DCS组态培训的通用DCS组态培训平台。该平台基于美国艾默生控制公司生产的Ovation DCS,可仿真美国ABB控制公司生产的Sym-phony DCS、美国GE能源集团新华控制公司生产的XDPS DCS等多种DCS的培训环境,具有较强的通用性。

In order to satisfy the requirements of many DCS configuration training carried on in thermal power plants,at the same time,to avoid the problem of too high cost due to purchasing several sets of DCS,a general-purpose DCS configuration training platform suitable to many DCS configuration training has been reasearched and developed.Based on the Ovation DCS manufactured from Emersion Control System Co Ltd in USA,the said platform can emulate many DCS training environments,such as Symphony DCS manufactured from ABB Control Corp in USA,and XDPS DCS manufactured from Xinhua Control Company subordinated go GE Energy Group in USA etc.,and boasting stronger universality.
