Situation,Shortcomings and Countermeasures of Demographic Dividend in Shaanxi Province

"人口红利"的发展和吸收与当地经济增长存在明显的正相关性;通过对陕西省人口红利现状、特点及不足的分析,指出开发陕西"人口红利"的关键在于延长第一次人口红利,实现第二次人口红利,希望借助"人口红利"的影响,能够推动陕西的经济迅猛发展,帮助陕西实现"三强"目标。

There is a distinct positive correlation between the development and absorption of ＂ demographic dividend＂ and growth of the local economy. Based on the analysis of current situation, characteristics and shortcomings of the demographic dividend in Shaanxi Province, we point out that the key to developing the demographic dividend in Shaanxi Province is to extend the first demographic dividend and achieve the second demographic dividend hoping, by means of the influences of the demographic dividend, to propel the rapid development of Shaanxi＇s economy and help Shaanxi achieve the goal to be a province strong in economy, technology and education.
