摘要
基于和谐管理理论所主张的组织运行过程,从组织日常运行的角度,分三个阶段并分别从领导、认知和机制等方面识别了组织的内部危机源:在主题形成阶段,包括领导对组织内外部环境的洞察能力,领导对所获信息的判断力,以及其与成员的互动模式三个方面;主题实现阶段,包括领导在特定主题下对合理耦合方式的选择,以及成员对这种耦合方式的理解;调适与反馈阶段,组织的危机来自于组织的路径依赖特性对其应对环境变化的阻碍。
Based on the organization operating process advocated by the harmonious management theory, and from the angle of the organization routine operation, the sources of the crisis inside an organization are recognized in three stages with the aspects of leadership, recognition, mechanism, etc. considered. In the theme formation stage are included three aspects, namely, the ability for the leadership to look into the internal and external environment of the organization, the ability for the leadership to judge the information acquired, and the interaction with other subordinates. In the theme realization stage are contained the leader's choice of reasonable coupling form under a specific theme, and the sor- bordinates' understanding of the coupling form. In the regulation and adaptation stage, crisis of the organization comes from the path - dependency feature and the impediment to the dealig of the environmental changes.
