摘要 基于可持续发展概念是由对能源与环境问题的担忧而催生的现实,构建了一个考虑能源持续利用与污染治理的五部门内生技术变化经济增长模型,将能源与环境同时引入生产函数及效用函数,运用最优控制方法求解了经济可持续增长的条件,并进一步揭示了能源消耗速率、污染治理与经济可持续增长之间应该满足的动态关系,证明了基于能源和环境双重约束下经济持续增长的可能性,求解了能源和环境双重约束下经济持续增长的路径和条件。 The concept based on sustainable development reflects the reality triggered by the worry about the energy and environmental problems. A model is constructed concerning the endogenic technological change and economic growth of five departments with the energy sustainable utilization and pollution control considered. Simultaneously, the energy and environment are introduced into the production function and efficiency function, and the optimal control approach is applied to determine the condition of economic sustainable growth. A dynamic relation,which should be satisfied by the energy consumption rate, pollution control and sustainable economic growth, is further worked out. The sustainable economic growth possib under the dual constraints of energy and environment is verified. The path and for sustainable economic growth under the dual constraints of energy and environment are determined.
