刍议高职院校中的成人教育问题

Adult Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校和成人高校合并后,高职院校中的成人教育如何发展问题,这是一个极为现实又很重大的课题。实行学历教育与非学历培训相结合,是高职院校为社会服务的重要功能,也是成人高等教育和高职教育的结合点和共同点,因此,发展成人教育是高职院校必须承担的社会责任。高职院校要把成人高等教育办出具有自身明显特点的高职成教特色,必须更新观念,明确定位;要在资源配置、硬件投入和教学管理等方面,统一纳入学院总体发展规划和年度具体计划;要创新思路,突破常规,用＂前伸后延＂的方法,拓展生源市场,把高职成教做大作强。

After the merging of higher vocational and adult colleges,how to develop adult education in higher vocational colleges become a very realistic and very important problem.Implementation of the academic education and non diploma training is not only the social service function for colleges and universities,but also the combining common points of the adult higher education and higher vocational education.Therefore,the development of adult education in higher vocational colleges must bear the social responsibility.Higher vocational colleges should put the adult higher education into its own distinct characteristics,must renew the idea,clear the positioning;to be in the allocation of resources,the hardware investment and teaching management,integrate into the school overall development plan and annual plans;make innovation of thought,and break through the convention,in order to develop students resourse and the adult education in higher vocational education.
