我国央行于2010年6月宣布进一步推进人民币汇率形成机制改革,增强汇率弹性。由此人民币又掀起了新一轮的升值高潮,使得我国经济和企业面临了新的升值压力。究其原因,人民币升值是以我国高速的经济增长率、持续的国际收支顺差为经济背景的,以各个大国之间的汇率之争为助推力的。

In June2010,our central bank announced to further the formation mechanism of the RMB exchange rate reform and enhance the flexibility.The RMB came into a new round of appreciation;our economy and enterprises are facing the pressure for revaluation.The reason,which the Yuan appreciates in our country,is the fast economic growth and sustainable balance of payments surplus for the economic backdrop to the powers of the dispute of the exchange rate as helping force.
