摘要
近年来高等教育取得了长足的发展,但是在改革和发展过程中编制问题成为制约高等院校事业发展及推进人事分配制度改革的瓶颈因素,也成为制约高校教师队伍建设的重要因素。为了满足办学规模不断扩大对于教师数量的需要,很多院校采用了劳务派遣的用工制度,暂时缓解编制不足情况下的用人问题的困难,但是在高等院校实行劳务派遣用工制度改革过程中仍存在颇多问题。本文立足于高等院校的行业特点就劳务派遣用工制度的优势和弊端进行分析,并对劳务派遣制度的完善和员工的发展前景提出自己的观点。
In recent years,higher education has been witnessing great progress in its reform and development.However,staffing problem is increasingly becoming the bottleneck that impedes the development of universities and the promotion of their reform on personnel distribution system,as well as the construction of their teaching faculty.To meet the need for teachers in their expansion,many colleges and universities adopt the employment methods of labor dispatching to temperately relieve pressures resulting from insufficient staffing.However,many problems arise along with the reform and development of the employment methods.In the light of industrial characteristics of colleges,the thesis is dedicated to analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the employment methods of labor dispatching,and putting forward suggestions on how to improve the system as well as the development of teaching staff.
