重庆市某区建筑农民工艾滋病健康教育干预效果分析

Analysis on the effect of health education and intervention about AIDS among construction migrant workers in a district of Chongqing

目的探索在建筑工地对农民工开展艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为健康教育的干预方法,并评估干预效果。方法以建筑工地农民工为研究对象,对其实施为期1年艾滋病健康教育干预,分别在干预前和干预后进行问卷调查,对干预效果进行评估。结果干预后艾滋病防治知识知晓率(UNGASS指标)从干预前的7.59%提高到12.83%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.047,P=0.003)。干预后最近一次发生商业性行为时使用了安全套的人占87.88%,较干预前的57.14%明显上升,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.970,P=0.005)。其他危险行为也有相应降低,但降低程度有限。结论现有干预措施在一定程度上提高了该人群对AIDS的知、信、行水平,但效果有限,干预措施仍需加强。

Objective To explore the intervention methods of health education on AIDS related knowledge,attitudes,behavior among the migrant construction workers,and to evaluate the effect of intervention.Methods The migrant workers in construction sites,which were implemented a one-year health education and intervention about AIDS,were the research objects.The survey was carried out by questionnaire respectively before and after the intervention,and then the effect of intervention was evaluated.Results AIDS awareness rate（UNGASS index）was increased from 7.59% before the intervention to 12.83% after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.047,P=0.003）.The proportion of condom useness in the recent commercial sexual intercourse was increased from 57.14% before the intervention to 87.88% after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.047,P=0.003）.The other risk behaviors also reduced accordingly to a limited extent.Conclusion The KAP level of the target groups could be improved to a certain degree by the existing interventions,but the effect was limited and interventions still need to be strengthened.
