Wnt信号通路与肾脏纤维化 被引量:12

摘要 肾小管间质纤维化是各种不同病因的慢性肾脏疾病进行性发展的共同通路,是导致终末期肾病的主要病理基础。近年研究显示,肾小管上皮细胞-间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是肾小管间质纤维化的重要机制之一,肾小管上皮细胞可通过EMT转分化为肌成纤维细胞(myofi-broblast,MF),进入间质,合成细胞外基质(extracellularmatrix,ECM),直接导致肾间质纤维化的进行性发展。
