摘要
利用自建固定床实验台研究了常压下神华煤煤焦等温CO2气化反应特性,实验分析了CO2流量、煤焦质量、气化温度和CO2分压对煤焦固定碳转化率的影响。在建立的化学反应动力学控制实验条件下,根据等转化率法计算得到煤焦气化反应活化能E为155 kJ/mol、CO2分压反应级数n为0.58;通过比对常用42种反应机理函数相关系数大小,确定气化反应最佳机理函数为均相反应模型;最终得到神华煤焦CO2气化反应速率的普适方程。
The isothermal gasification kinetics of Shenhua coal char by carbon dioxide were studied in a fixed bed reactor under atmospheric pressure. Effect of CO2 flow rate, mass of coal char, gasification temperature and CO2 partial pressure on the conversion of fixed carbon were experimentally studied. An activation energy of 155 kJ/mol and a reaction order of 0. 58 for CO2 partial pressure were obtained by the isoeonversional method in the chemical controlled region. Homogeneous model was determined to be the most probable function via comparison of the related coefficients of 42 reaction functions. Finally a global CO2 gasification rate equation was developed.
