摘要
为了对先锋选系的改良及杂交种选育提供理论依据和参考,按NcⅡ交配设计组配杂交组合,采用8×8部分平衡格子方试验设计进行田间组合鉴定,对9个先锋玉米选系10个性状的配合力进行研究。结果表明:组合间的方差达到极显著水平。9个先锋选系之间各性状一般配合力均达到极显著差异,7个测验自交系各性状一般配合力也达到极显著差异,16个亲本所组配的杂交组合各性状特殊配合力达到显著或极显著差异。先锋选系产量一般配合力最高的是QB662(0.41),测验种产量一般配合力最高的是S273(0.53),特殊配合力最高的是QB1051-1×双M9(0.59),产量最高的组合是QB662×S273(993.3524kg/667m2)。
The nine maize inbred lines of pioneer USA hybrids were tested with the design of uncomplete diallel crossing of NCⅡ method and partially balanced lattice design was employed in the field experiment to provide the theoretical basis and reference for improvement of maize inbred lines of pioneer hybrids and hybrid breeding.The result show that there is significant difference in variance between combinations.There is significant difference in general combining ability between nine inbred lines of pioneer hybrids and there is significant difference in general combining ability between seven test inbred lines.The result also show that there is significant or very difference in specific combining ability between inbred lines of pioneer hybrids and test inbred lines.The highest general combining ability of inbred lines of pioneer hybrids and test inbred lines is QB662(0.41) and S273(0.53) respectively.The combination with the highest specific combining ability(0.59) is QB1051-1×Shuang M9 and the combination with the highest yield(993.352 4 kg/667m2) is QB662×S273.
