摘要
为给开发环境友好型生物杀虫剂奠定基础,采用分光光度法检测了几种抑制剂和金属离子对桑尺蠖(Phthonandria atrineata)多酚氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:槲皮素和硫脲对该酶的抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.036 mmol/L和0.12 mmol/L,Cu2+和Zn2+对该酶有强烈的抑制作用,而Ca2+和Mg2+有激活作用。
In order to lay the foundation of the developing environment-friendly bio-pesticides,the effects of several inhibitors and metal ions on the activity of polyphenoloxidase(PPO) from Phthonandria atrineata were investigated with spectrophotometry.The results showed that the two compounds could inhibit PPO activity,and the inhibitor concentrations leading to a loss of 50% activity(IC50) were estimated to be 0.036 mmol/L and 0.12 mmol/L,respectively.The activity of PPO was inhibited by Cu2+ and Zn2+,and increased by Ca2+ and Mg2+.
