摘要
为明确松针褐斑病菌毒素胁迫对紫茎泽兰叶片挥发性次生物质的影响,采用GC-MS联用技术分析了紫茎泽兰新鲜叶片(样品A)、毒素胁迫离体叶片(样品B)、毒素胁迫植株离体叶片(样品C)的挥发性成分。结果表明:样品A、B、C挥发性成分分别有38种、59种和49种,毒素胁迫可诱导紫茎泽兰产生多种挥发性成分,发挥性成分的组成及相对含量因毒素胁迫方式不同而具有明显差异。发挥性成分大都具有抑菌杀虫活性,推测毒素胁迫后紫茎泽兰挥发性次生物质的改变可能对紫茎泽兰的防御能力及化感作用存在影响。
The volatile components of E.adenophorum fresh leaves(sample A),both in vitro leaves(sample B) and leaves of in vitro plant(sample C) under toxins stress were analyzed by GC-MS to investigate the effect of toxin from phytopathogenic fungus Lecanosticta acicola on leaves of E.adenophorum.The results showed that the number of volatile components of sample A,B,C were 38,59 and 49 respectively,which indicated that the toxin stressed leaves had more volatile components than unstressed ones.Components and numbers of volatile organic compounds from different samples were different because of the different stress way.Most of the volatile components of E.adenophorum have antifungal activity or insecticidal activity.Accordingly that the toxins maybe have influence on defense ability and allelopathy of E.adenophorum.
