摘要
为了探索蛹虫草栽培期主要阶段适宜的含水量及空气湿度,以培养基料水比为1∶1.0、1∶1.2、1∶1.5、1∶1.8、1∶2.0,转色空气湿度为70%、80%、90%,出草空气湿度为75%、85%、95%分别进行发菌、转色和出草的对比试验,比较观察菌丝萌发、生长、转色、出草及感染等情况。结果表明,培养基最佳含水量为料水比1∶1.5,菌丝萌发快、生长健壮、满瓶时间最短,感染率为0;转色阶段最适空气湿度为80%,转色最快、效果最好,感染率为0;出草阶段最适空气湿度为85%,出草品质最好、产量最高,感染率为0。
The mycelium germination,growth,color change,stroma growth and infection of C.militarisc was cultured on media with different material-water ratio and humidity to probe the optimum moisture content and air humidity for cultivation of C.militarisc in main growth stages.The results showed that the optimum material-water ratio of medium for mycelium rapid germination,healthy growth and zero infection rate was 1∶1.5,the optimum air humidity for rapid color change,good color change effect and zero infection rate in color change stage of C.militarisc was 80%,and the optimum air humidity for best stroma quality,highest yield and zero infection rate of C.militarisc was 85%.
