摘要
为调控柑橘内源多胺提供参考依据,以国庆1号温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiu cv.Guoqing No.1)和沙田柚(C.grandis var.Shatinyu Hort.)的叶片为试材,研究其多胺合成酶精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)、鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)以及多胺分解酶二胺氧化酶(DAO)、多胺氧化酶(PAO)的活性。结果表明,国庆1号温州蜜柑多胺合成以鸟氨酸途径为主,分解以DAO为主;沙田柚多胺合成以精氨酸途径为主,分解以DAO和PAO路径进行;国庆1号温州蜜柑与沙田柚叶片多胺代谢酶间存在显著差异。
An experiment was conducted to research the activities of arginine decarboxylase(ADC),ornithine decarboxylase(ODC),diamine oxidase(DAO) and polyamine oxidase(PAO) in leaves of both Citrus unshiu and C.grandis to regulate endogenous polyamines of citrus.The results showed that the polyamine biosynthetic pathway in C.unshiu mainly depended on ornithine pathway and the polyamine decomposition DAO pathway.However,in C.grandis,the polyamine biosynthetic pathway depended on arginine pathway and the polyamine decomposition PAO and DAO pathways.The activities of all polyamine metabolic enzymes in leaves of C.unshiu and C.grandis were significantly different.
