崇明低碳生态实践区是上海市最早提出重点建设的三大低碳实践区之一,并于2011年成为首批低碳发展实践区试点单位。崇明低碳生态实践区将低碳化、生态型和现代化三者相结合,力争实现自然的低碳生态、人居的低碳生态、产业的低碳生态,促进崇明经济社会发展和低碳生态建设的和谐统一。

Chongming low-carbon eco-district is one of the first three key low-carbon districts proposed in Shanghai,and became one of the first pilot units of low-carbon districts in 2011.Chongming low-carbon eco-district is a combination of low-carbonization,ecology and modernization.It strives to achieve low-carbon ecology of nature,low-carbon ecology of living,and low-carbon ecology of industry,so as to promote a harmony between Chongming＇s economic,social development and low-carbon ecology construction.
