褪绿卷叶病对杏叶片光合特性和解剖结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Chlorotic Leafroll on the Photosynthetic Characteristics and Anatomical Structure of Apricot Leaves

摘要 在田间调查的基础上,分析了杏褪绿卷叶病株的光合特性以及叶片叶绿素含量、单叶面积、含水量等生理指标与正常植株的差异,并对其叶片结构进行了解剖观察。研究结果表明,光合特性的各指标在正常株与感病株之间无显著性差异,但感病株的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度均低于正常株,而蒸腾速率则高于正常株。光响应曲线表明感病株光饱和点1 860μmol/(m2.s)高出正常株1 120μmol/(m2.s)50%以上。感病植株的叶绿素含量、叶面积、总含水量等各项指标均低于正常植株。解剖学研究表明,感病植株的叶片厚度和栅栏组织的厚度极显著性低于正常植株。上述结果综合反映出感病株叶片光合能力的衰退和减弱。 The main purpose of present study was to analyze photosynthentic characteristics,content of leaf chlorophyll,area per leaf,moisture and physilogical indexes of apricot plants with chlorotic leafroll and those of normal plants;based on the data collected from field experiments.Furthermore,the leaf anatomical structures were observed.Results showed that there was no significant difference in above photosynthetic characteristics between diseased and healthy plants.However,Pn,Gs and Ci of diseased plants were slightly lower than those of normal plants while the transpiration rate was higher than that of the healthy plants.Light-response curve indicated that the light saturation point of diseased plants 1 860 μmol/(m2·s) was 50% higher than that of the healthy plants 1 120 μmol/(m2·s).The chlorophyll content,leaf area and leaf water content of diseased plants were all lower than those of the healthy plants.Anatomical study revealed that the leaf thickness of a diseased plants was most significantly lower than that of the healthy plant as well as the palisade tissue thickness.The above results reflected that the declining and weakening of photosynthetic capacity of leaf of diseased plants.
