高等教育信息化资源平台建设方案研究

On Construction Plan of Higher Education Informatization Resources Platform

为了解决当前高等教育信息化资源平台建设零散分布、各自为政、重复投资等不合理现象而提出了该建设方案。本建设方案建立一个集中管理、分散存储的资源开发、管理、应用系统平台,形成高等教育信息化资源共建共享的机制,并对平台的设计思想、系统设计、系统架构、资源库内容建设、主要应用功能等进行了探讨。

The construction plan stated in this paper tries to establish a platform of resource development,management and application with centralized management and scatter storage in order to build a system of higher education informatization resources＇ constructing and sharing.This paper also discusses the design,structure,functions,etc.of this platform.
