摘要
目的研究纳洛酮对大鼠肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法利用大鼠肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤模型,观察纳洛酮对肾脏缺血-再灌注后血液中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肾组织中Na+-K+-ATP,Ca2+-ATP酶的影响,并观察组织病理学变化。结果肾脏缺血-再灌注后,MDA含量明显升高,SOD活力明显降低;肾组织Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活力均显著降低。肌肉注射纳洛酮后,MDA显著下降,SOD和Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活力均明显升高,肾小管上皮细胞的损伤明显减轻。结论纳洛酮对肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of naloxone on renal injury caused by ischemic reperfusion in rat.Methods Using the rat model of renal ischemic-reperfusion injury,the influence of naloxone on malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Na+-K+-ATP and Ca2+-ATP enzyme in renal tissues and the histopathological changes after renal ischemia were observed.Results After renal ischemic-reperfusion,plasma MDA levels were significantly increased,SOD activity was significantly reduced,renal Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and Ca2+-ATP enzyme activities were significantly reduced.After intramuscular injection of naloxone,MDA was obviously decreased,while SOD,Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and Ca2+-ATP enzyme activities were significantly increased.The injury of renal tubular epithelial cells was significantly alleviated.Conclusion Naloxone has some protective effect on renal ischemic-reperfusion injury.
