达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析

A Meta-Analysis of Dalitong Granule in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的利用循证医学方法,评价达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索Med-line,EMbase,Cochrane图书馆,CBM,VIP和CNKI,纳入达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的随机对照试验(RCT),并进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果共纳入6个随机对照试验,文献质量A级2篇,B级1篇,C级3篇。Meta分析结果显示,达立通颗粒与阳性药物(西沙必利或莫沙必利)相比,在临床症状、痞满证疗效和胃排空治愈率方面差异无统计学意义,RR及95%CI分别为1.45(0.99,2.12),1.14(0.96,1.34),1.03(0.86,1.23),安全性较好。结论基于目前证据,达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性与西沙必利或莫沙必利相似。

Objective To review the effect and safety of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by evidence based medicine methods.Methods Databases of Medline,EMBase,the Cochrane library,CBM,VIP and CNKI were searched,studies of randomized controlled trials（RCT） of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia were included for quality analysis and Meta-analysis.Results Six RCTs were gathered,2 were graded A,1 was graded B and 3 were graded C.Meta-analysis indicated that there were no significant differences between Dalitong Granule and cisaprid or mosapride in cure rates,the RR value and 95%CI were 1.45（0.99,2.12）,1.14（0.96,1.34）,1.03（0.86,1.23）,respectively.Conclusion Based on the evidence recently,and cisaprid or mosapride has the same clinical effect and safety for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
