槟榔药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Areca Semen

目的建立槟榔药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱的分析方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法进行色谱分离,使用相似度评价软件进行数据处理,对不同产地的槟榔药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果以氢溴酸槟榔碱为参照峰,确定了3个共有峰,建立了14批药材的共有图谱。结论所建立的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法稳定、重复性好,为槟榔药材质量控制提供了更全面的信息。

Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Areca Semen.Methods The RP-HPLC was applied to the chromatographic seperation,and the data were analysed by similarity evaluation software to compare the quality of Areca semen.Results Three common peaks were identified in chromatograms with reference to arecoline hydrobromide peak from the 14 batches of the samples.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method was stable and repeatable,which can provide more information for the quality control of Areca semen.
