基于可持续发展理念的新兴陶瓷产业园区(基地)发展研究

在各地生产资料成本尤其是运输成本大幅上涨,以及中央对各地政府将环保水平纳入考核体系的背景下,各地的陶瓷企业开始了向内陆地区的大规模转移。若各欠发达地区新兴陶瓷工业园依然延续产业发展初期的粗放式生产经营模式,这种不符合发展规律的行为在各种矛盾再次被激发后,就必将导致产业的再次转移。本文从陶瓷产业园区可持续发展的角度,对新兴陶瓷产业园区的选址、企业布局、如何处理现有高能耗的企业、引入园区企业的控制、园区的集中供气等涉及产业园可持续性发展的核心问题给出了解决的思路与对策。

In the light of soaring of production material cost,especially transportation cost,and adding environmental level to performance evaluation system of local governments according to the requirement of central government,the ceramic enterprises have begun to shift to the inland on scale.If emerging ceramics industry parks in underdeveloped regions still continue the model of vulgar production and business on the initial stage of industry development,it will be inevitable to lead to the industry shift again after various contradictions are triggered due to vulgar production.From the perspective of sustainable development of ceramics industry parks,this paper has proposed line of thoughts and countermeasures to solve the core issues of sustainable development such as the site selection and enterprise layout of emerging ceramics industry parks,the way to handle existing high energy consumption enterprises,control of introduced enterprises,and gas centralized supply for the parks.
