民营企业社会责任研究

如今,企业的社会责任正在越来越多地被学界和社会所关注。民营企业作为对当今中国社会主义市场经济发展起重要推动作用的生力军,其社会责任的承担和践行同样受到关注。这不仅是其自身可持续发展的需要,更是国家建设、社会发展的需要。本文在阐述社会责任概念的基础上,从民营企业发展和社会责任发展现状入手,剖析了当前一些民营企业存在社会责任缺失的原因,提出了若干建议;以浙江传化集团为案例,介绍了民营企业社会责任探索的一些实践经验及承担社会责任将给企业带来的促进作用。

Nowadays,the social responsibilities of enterprises have increasingly caught the attentions of academic circle and the society.As the fresh forces of driving the development of china＇s socialist market economy,privately-owned enterprises have also caught attention in their undertaking social responsibilities and practices.It is not only just because of their own development demands,but also because of demands of the national construction and social development.Based on the elaboration of social responsibility concepts,this paper starts with the development of privately-owned enterprises and social responsibility development,analyzes the causes of social responsibility deficiency of some privately-owned enterprises,and proposes several suggestions.This paper takes Zhejiang Transfar Group as an example to introduce some practical experiences in social responsibility exploration and facilitation brought by undertaking social responsibilities.
