摘要 为实现生产过程中大锻件几何尺寸的实时测量,在分析锻件生产要求及工作环境的基础上,研发了一种大尺寸高温构件几何尺寸在线测量系统。结合投影靶标进行主动视觉标定;采用短波通滤光片结合结构光投影方式的图像采集技术,以获得包含足够几何信息的锻件图像;结合亚像素中心提取算法与结构光编码技术,进行特征点的提取、匹配和重建。测量实验表明,所设计的大型锻件尺寸在线测量系统在锻造现场环境中工作稳定,测量相对误差可达0.741%,满足了大锻件制造过程中的尺寸实时测量需要。 In order to realize the real-time measurement of dimension for hot heavy forging, based on the analysis of forging production requirements and environment, a real-time measurement system of dimension for hot heavy forging is fabricated. The projected target is employed to realize the camera calibration based on the active vision in factory. The image acquisition technology combined with the shot-pass filter and structured light projection is adopted to obtain the geometric information of the forging effectively. The sub-pixel extraction algorithm and the struc- ture light-coding technology are used to extract, match and reconstruct the characteristic points. Measurement resuits show that the real-time measurement system of dimension for hot heavy forging works well in the forging workshop and the measurement precision is 0. 741%, which is accurate enough to meet the production needs.
