动态无功补偿中TSF滤波器的应用

摘要 针对矿井提升机电控系统能量浪费严重,谐波污染大的问题,以黑龙江省双鸭山东荣一矿某提升机的负荷特性为例,提出了晶闸管投切滤波器TSF(Thyristor Switched Filters)对矿井提升机进行动态无功补偿的方案。此装置具有投切准,速度快,可频繁操作性强等优点,进一步提高系统的功率因数。通过Matlab仿真结果分析,该滤波器可满足矿井提升机的无功补偿需求,有效抑制提升机引起的谐波,证明了该装置的有效性和可行性。 In view of the problems of serious energy waste and harmonic pollution of mine hoister,takes the load characteristics of mine hoist at Rongyi mine in Shuangyashan City of Heilongjiang Province as an example,the scheme that TSF(Thyristor Switched Filters) makes dynamic reactive power compensation for hoister is proposed.This device has the advantages of exact switching,quick speed and high frequent strong operability,which improves the power factor of system.Through the analysis of Matlab simulation result,TSF can meet the demand of mine hoist of reactive power compensation,as well as effectively inhibit harmonic caused by hoist,thus proves the effectiveness and feasibility of this device.
