摘要 目的:设计一种圆弧形穿刺定位仪能方便、快速、准确地对椎体的各椎间盘进行定位以便进行微创手术治疗。方法:根据颈椎和腰椎的不同结构特点,设计2种体表定位结构,通过计算机系统将由CT或MRI得到的椎间盘成像图输入定位计算系统,得到圆形针的穿刺轨迹。结果:应用该定位仪对颈椎和腰椎进行椎间定位可以保证穿刺成功率100%。结论:该定位仪操作方便,定位准确,穿刺成功率高。 Objective To develop and design an arc-shaped puncture locator,which can locate each intervertebral disk of vertebra conveniently,quickly and accurately,in order to treat minimally invasive surgery.Methods Due to different structure feature of cervical and lumbar,the design made two surface positioning mechanisms,and entered intervertebral disk picture of CT or MRI into positioning computation system by computer system,as well as described puncture track of circular needle.Results This positioning mechanism located intervertebral of cervical and lumbar,which guarantees 100% puncture success rate.Conclusion Compared to the straight-line puncture method,this positioning mechanism is used conveniently,located accurately with successfully puncture.
