摘要
目的:研究和开发PACS数字化诊断系统,实现以患者为中心的全面信息管理的"数字化医院"。方法:以哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院为例,利用先进的图像处理技术、计算机技术、网络技术对医院海量医疗数据进行数字化、网络化、智能化管理和分析,达到数字化辅助诊断,院内及远程数字化会诊。结果:该实验系统经测试运行证明,实现了PACS数据的存储、管理和使用,具有标准化、可靠性、安全性和保密性的特点。结论:该系统的应用,成功实现了数字化诊断及医疗信息化工程的核心功能,在医院信息化建设中具有较强的实用价值。
Objective To research and develop PACS so as to construct patient-centered digital hospital.Methods Taking the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University as an example,advanced image processing technology,computer technology and network technology were utilized to manage and analyze mass medical data so as to realize digital diagnosis,hospital and long-range digital consultation.Results The experimental system was tested and proven to run well in PACS data storage,management and use,which was characterized by standardization,reliability,security and privacy.Conclusion The system is successfully applied in digital diagnosis and the core of medical information engineering.It realizes patient-centered hospital with a comprehensive information management of the digital hospital.
