摘要 目的:提高CT导引下对肺部病变穿刺活检的一次穿刺成功率和病理报告成功率,同时减少并发症。方法:穿刺前给予强化扫描,在平静呼吸状态下呼气末屏气用三步进针法配以角度仪等措施对82例肺部占位性病变或肿瘤样病变进行穿刺抽吸病理组织。标本石蜡包埋后连续超薄作病理切片。结果:一次穿刺成功率为97.5%,病理报告成功率为95.5%,3例发生少量气胸未做特殊处理。结论:应用三步进针法等措施能有效地提高了一次穿刺成功和病理报告成功率。 Objective To enhance the once successful puncture rate and pathological report rate of puncture biopsy in pulmonary lesion under CT-Guided,and reduce complications simultaneously.Methods CT contrast enhancement was performed before taking puncture.Patient held breath at the end of expiration of calm breathing status.Doctors used three steps puncture along with angle meter to such pathological tissue in space occupying lesion or tumor-like disorder of lung.The specimen embedded in paraffin wax.Pathological ultra-thin section was taken step by step continuously.Rusults The once puncture successful rate was 97.5%,The pathological report successful rate was 95.5%.A few pneumothorax occurred in 3 cases without special treatment.Conclusion Once puncture successful rate and the pathological successful report rate are raised effectively by using methods of three steps puncture.
