摘要
目的:评价七氟烷麻醉诱导回路临床应用的效果。方法:通过呼吸过滤器,利用呼吸气流带走挥发性麻醉药物(如七氟烷)的原理用于麻醉诱导。麻醉诱导均于手术室外在患儿家长的陪同下进行。K组患儿接受5 mg/kg氯胺酮肌肉注射;S组以七氟烷麻醉诱导回路实施吸入麻醉诱导。结果:以七氟烷麻醉诱导回路进行麻醉诱导,患儿的接受率90%,显著高于传统肌注氯胺酮的接受率(20%)(P<0.01)。S组麻醉诱导时间、清醒时间和离开手术室时间均明显低于K组(P<0.01)。结论:自制的七氟烷麻醉诱导回路具有组装简单、实施方便的优点,可安全有效地用于手术室外患儿的麻醉诱导。
Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of self-made circuit of anesthesia induction for sevoflurane.Methods Anesthesia induction was executed with volatile anesthetics(such as sevoflurane)carried by airflow through the respiratory filters.Anesthesia induction was executed with parental guidance outside the operating room.5mg/kg ketamine intramuscular was injected in group K,and anesthesia induction with inhalation through self-made circuit of anesthesia induction for sevoflurane.Results About 90% of children could accept anesthesia induction with the self-made circuit of anesthesia induction for sevoflurane and this was obviously higher than 20% of children accepted with the traditionary intramuscular injection of ketamine(P0.01).The time to consciousness loss,the time to awakening and the time to leave the operating room in group S were obviously lower than those in group K(P0.01).Conclusion Self-made circuit of anesthesia induction for sevoflurane is security and available during pediatric anesthesia induction outside the operating room for its advantage of simple installation and convenient practice.
