摘要 介绍了X射线剂量、CT剂量指数的概念,从X射线发生系统的技术特性、CT图像生产系统的技术特性等方面分析了影响CT剂量指数的因素,重点阐述了GE LightSpeed VCT降低CT剂量指数的方法,特别是心脏成像低剂量技术,以期在满足临床诊断要求的前提下尽可能用低的X线剂量。 This paper not only reviews the concept of X-ray radiation dose and CT dose index but analyzes the factors that affect the CT dose index and introduces the method for reducing CT dose index with GE VCT,in particular the low-dose technique in cardiac imaging.The study aims to properly minimize X-ray dose in clinical diagnosis.
