本文以四川烟草商业企业的信息系统集成整合工作为背景,围绕企业级流程整合过程面临的一系列问题进行思考,从企业业务发展面临问题、信息系统建设现状,未来信息化一体化目标等方面进行综合分析,并结合当前业界主流的信息技术应用方向,提出了一种面向企业级的业务流程整合的建设思路,期望借以此文为企业通过信息化手段持续优化和改进业务流程提供借鉴。
