摘要
通过对陕西省煤炭企业技术创新现状分析,提出了陕西煤炭企业开采与生产技术水平参差不齐、技术创新意识落后、组织模式有待完善、创新人才储备不足等问题,从技术创新政策、观念、组织模式、人才队伍建设以及产学研合作等方面归纳了陕西煤炭企业技术创新战略的实施对策。
Through analysis on the status of the technological innovation for Shaanxi provincial coal enterprise,problems facing Shaanxi coal enterprise,such as the uneven mining and production technological level,lag of technological innovation awareness,imperfect organizational mode and shortage of reserve for innovative talent,are pointed out.The measures of implementing the technological innovation strategy for Shaanxi coal enterprise are put forward from aspects of the technological innovation policy,concept,organizational mode,talent team construction and industry-university-research cooperation.
